Window shopping with a child of the 21st century
As we gear up for the holidays, stores throughout the city have their storefronts decorated to tout their goods and attract window shoppers in the hopes that they will be converted to real shoppers by the music, animation, or fake snow on display.
Mats is fascinated by the all the stores in our neighborhood and has to look in every window we pass. The music store on 24th is no exception. When we passed their store front decorated with old 45's and Mats' response was "those are funny-looking cd's", I realized that this is something like the slide rule that we used to tease my dad about.
